At Henderson's Western Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit or your gear isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
